要旨

四百本目の点呼として、体系の題名を機械的に数えた。本稿が記録するのは数えた結果と、最初の走査が作り出した偽の模様である。意味ありげな三編の欠落は、体系の性質ではなく走査器のバグだった。新しい定理も法則も主張しない。

第一に、$398$ 編の題名のうち、否定の型を含むのは $\mathbf{91}$ 編、$\mathbf{22.86}$ パーセントである（第2節）。

第二に、内訳は「ではない／ではなく」$79$ 編、「無い／ない」$12$ 編、「入っていない」$3$ 編、「一つではない」$2$ 編である（第2節）。

第三に、直近の $379$〜$399$ では $6/21$ 編、$\mathbf{28.57}$ パーセントで、全体より高い（第2節）。

第四に、これが本稿の芯である。最初の走査は $398$ 編のうち $395$ 編しか読めず、落ちた三編がちょうど $100$・$200$・$300$、過去の点呼の回だった（第3節）。

第五に、原因は「$00\_$」という除外語が「$100\_$」「$200\_$」「$300\_$」に部分文字列として当たっていたことである。直したら $398$ 編すべてが読めた（第3節）。

第六に、分離子は「模様が対象の側にあるか、道具の側にあるか」である（第5節）。

Abstract

For the four hundredth census, the titles of the corpus were counted mechanically.What this paper records is the count and the false pattern the first pass manufactured、a suggestive absence of three papers that was a bug in the scanner, not a property of the corpus.No new theorem or law is claimed.

First, of $398$ titles, $\mathbf{91}$ carry a negative form: $\mathbf{22.86}$ per cent (Section 2).

Second, the breakdown is $79$ for “is not / not $\ldots$ but”, $12$ for “there is no / cannot”, $3$ for “does not enter” and $2$ for “is not one thing” (Section 2).

Third, in the recent stretch $379$ to $399$ it is $6/21$, or $\mathbf{28.57}$ per cent, above the overall rate (Section 2).

Fourth, and this is the core of the paper.The first pass read only $395$ of $398$, and the three it dropped were exactly $100$, $200$ and $300$、the previous roll calls (Section 3).

Fifth, the cause was the exclusion string “$00\_$” matching inside “$100\_$”, “$200\_$” and “$300\_$”. After the fix, all $398$ were read (Section 3).

Sixth, the separator is whether the pattern lives in the object or in the instrument (Section 5).
