要旨
建築物衛生法にもとづく特定建築物（延べ面積3,000㎡以上の事務所・店舗など）と、それを管理する登録営業所の数を、衛生行政報告例（令和6年度、厚生労働省【生活衛生】第3表-1・第4表）で数え、人口・経済センサスと突き合わせた。
特定建築物は 48,608 施設。管理技術者が選任されているのは 48,438（99.65%） で、選任されていないのは170施設である。立入検査は年 6,997 件（14.4%） で、7年に1回まわる計算になる。
登録営業所は 17,842。8業種の内訳は総数とぴったり一致する。 最多は貯水槽清掃業6,435（36.1%）、最少はダクト清掃業111（0.6%）で、58.0倍の差がある。
特定建築物1棟あたりでは、登録営業所1つが2.72棟を見る計算になる。経済センサスの建築物サービス業（922）は27,977事業所で、登録営業所はその 0.64倍 にとどまる。
登録2,987件に対して、廃止239件＋有効期間満了2,723件。比は1.01倍で、ほぼ横ばいである。
人口10万人あたりの特定建築物は東京都60.3、石川県53.3、北海道51.2の順で、埼玉県20.3までの2.97倍の開きがある。人口の大きさとは、ほとんど関係が無い（r = +0.013）。
Abstract
I counted specified buildings under the Building Sanitation Act (offices, stores and the like of at least 3,000 m² total floor area) and the registered businesses that maintain them, from the Report on Public Health Administration (FY2024, MHLW, Environmental Health Tables 3-1 and 4), and read them against population and the Economic Census.
There are 48,608 specified buildings. A supervising engineer is appointed for 48,438 (99.65%), leaving 170 without one. On-site inspections number 6,997 a year (14.4%)、a pace that visits each building about once in seven years.
Registered businesses number 17,842, and the eight categories reconcile exactly to the total. The largest is water-tank cleaning at 6,435 (36.1%), the smallest air-duct cleaning at 111 (0.6%), a 58.0-fold difference.
Each registered business corresponds to 2.72 specified buildings. The Economic Census counts 27,977 establishments in building services (922), so registered businesses are only 0.64 times that.
Against 2,987 registrations came 239 withdrawals and 2,723 expiries、a ratio of 1.01, essentially flat.
Specified buildings per 100,000 residents run Tokyo 60.3, Ishikawa 53.3, Hokkaido 51.2 down to Saitama 20.3, a 2.97-fold spread. They are almost unrelated to population size (r = +0.013).
