要旨

光速は十七世紀から繰り返し測られてきたのだから、片道の速さも測られているはずだと思われている。本稿が示すのは、四つの古典測定のどれも、往路と復路を分けて動かしても値が変わらないことである。片道の比を $\mathbf{19.0000}$ 倍ひらいても、一つも反応しない。新しい定理も法則も主張しない。

第一に、レーマーの遅れは $\mathbf{998.010}$ 秒、すなわち $16.6335$ 分である。式には軌道の直径が入っている（第2節）。

第二に、ブラッドリーの光行差は $\mathbf{20.4894}$ 秒角で、既知の $20.49$ 秒角に合う。これは時間ではなく比 $9.933539\times10^{-5}$ である（第2節）。

第三に、フィゾーの回転数は $\mathbf{12.0578}$ 回転/秒で、逆算すると $c$ に厳密に戻る（第2節）。

第四に、これが本稿の芯である。往復の平均を保ったまま片道を非等方にすると、四つとも値が動かない。差はそれぞれ $0.000\times10^{0}$ 秒、$0.000\times10^{0}$ rad である（第3節）。

第五に、往復の平均そのものを変えれば値は動く。検査が反応することの確認である（第3節）。

第六に、分離子は「往復に効く量か、片道に効く量か」である（第4節）。

Abstract

The speed of light having been measured repeatedly since the seventeenth century, the one-way speed is taken to have been measured too.This paper shows that none of the four classical measurements changes when the outbound and return speeds are varied separately、open the one-way ratio to $\mathbf{19.0000}$ and not one responds.No new theorem or law is claimed.

First, Rømer’s delay is $\mathbf{998.010}$ seconds, or $16.6335$ minutes、the formula carries the orbital diameter (Section 2).

Second, Bradley’s aberration is $\mathbf{20.4894}$ arcseconds, matching the known $20.49$、and it is not a time but the ratio $9.933539\times10^{-5}$ (Section 2).

Third, Fizeau’s wheel turns at $\mathbf{12.0578}$ revolutions per second, and inverting returns $c$ exactly (Section 2).

Fourth, this is the core of the paper.Making the one-way speeds anisotropic while holding the round-trip average fixed changes none of the four、differences of $0.000\times10^{0}$ seconds and $0.000\times10^{0}$ rad (Section 3).

Fifth, changing the round-trip average itself does change them、confirming that the test responds (Section 3).

Sixth, the separator is whether the quantity depends on the round trip or on one leg (Section 4).
