供給網の上流ほど注文が激しく揺れる。揺れているのは需要ではない。増幅が方針から来ることを数え、さらにその方針の中の記帳の約束が増幅を四割変えることを示す。新しい定理も法則も主張しない。

第一に、需要は揺れていない。平均 $100$・標準偏差 $10$ の独立な乱数で、自己相関も季節性も無い（第2節）。

第二に、それでも発注は増幅する。一段あたりの分散の増幅は実測 $\mathbf{2.918477}$ 倍である（第2節）。

第三に、段を重ねると積み上がる。四段で分散 $\mathbf{172.215749}$ 倍、標準偏差で $\mathbf{13.123100}$ 倍になる（第2節）。

第四に、これが本稿の芯である。閉じた式が二つある。目標在庫を $L+1$ 期分と数える約束では $\mathbf{2.920000}$、$L$ 期分と数える約束では $\mathbf{2.120000}$ になる（第3節）。

第五に、実測はどちらかを選ぶ、使った約束の式と差 $\mathbf{1.523}\times10^{-3}$ で一致し、もう一方とは $\mathbf{1.377358}$ 倍ずれる（第3節）。

第六に、分離子は、増幅が需要から来るか、需要の読み方から来るかである。読み方から来るので、読み方の細部まで揃えないと数が比べられない（第4節）。

Abstract

Orders swing more violently the further upstream one looks. What swings is not the demand.The amplification is counted from the policy, and the bookkeeping convention inside that policy is shown to change it by forty percent.No new theorem or law is claimed.

First, the demand does not swing、independent random numbers of mean $100$ and standard deviation $10$, with no autocorrelation and no seasonality (Section 2).

Second, orders amplify all the same、the measured amplification of variance per stage is $\mathbf{2.918477}$ (Section 2).

Third, stages compound、through four, the variance grows $\mathbf{172.215749}$ times, or $\mathbf{13.123100}$ in standard deviation (Section 2).

Fourth, and this is the core. There are two closed forms、counting the target over $L+1$ periods gives $\mathbf{2.920000}$; over $L$ periods it gives $\mathbf{2.120000}$ (Section 3).

Fifth, the measurement picks one of them、it agrees with the convention used to $\mathbf{1.523}\times10^{-3}$ and differs from the other by $\mathbf{1.377358}$ (Section 3).

Sixth, the separator is whether the amplification comes from the demand or from the reading of it、it comes from the reading, so figures cannot be compared without matching the reading down to its details (Section 4).
