クラッチのトルクには二つの式があり、どちらを使うかで答が変わる。本稿が示すのは、この二つが競合する記述ではなく、同じ部品の二つの時刻（新品のときとなじんだ後）であること、そして差が摩擦面の形で決まることである。新しい定理も法則も主張しない。

第一に、二つの規約は別のトルクを返す。$\mathbf{165.971014}$ N m と $\mathbf{161.000000}$ N m で、$\mathbf{3.0876}$ パーセント違う（第2節）。

第二に、これが本稿の芯である。二つは同時に成り立つと主張していない。一様圧力は新品の面、一様摩耗はなじんだ面である。食い違いは曖昧さではなく履歴である（第4節）。

第三に、差は環が細いほど縮む、内半径 $0.020$ m で $\mathbf{1.194925}$、$0.140$ m で $\mathbf{1.000396}$ になる（第2節）。

第四に、両極で確かめた。内半径 $\to$ 外半径で比が $1$ に戻り、内半径 $\to 0$ でちょうど $\mathbf{4/3}$ になる（第2節）。

第五に、その $\mathbf{4/3}$ は論文527 の $4/3$ と別根である。論文405 の基準で、全単射が無いので同根とは見なさない（第4節）。

第六に、分離子は、二つの記述が同じ時刻を主張しているかどうかである。主張していれば規約の争い、していなければ履歴である（第4節）。

Abstract

Clutch torque has two formulas, and the answer depends on which is used.What this paper shows is that the two are not rival descriptions but one part at two times, new and bedded in, and that the gap between them is set by the shape of the friction face.No new theorem or law is claimed.

First, the two conventions return different torques、$\mathbf{165.971014}$ N m against $\mathbf{161.000000}$, a difference of $\mathbf{3.0876}$ per cent (Section 2).

Second, and this is the core.They do not claim to hold at the same time、uniform pressure is a new face and uniform wear a bedded-in one, so the disagreement is a history rather than an ambiguity (Section 4).

Third, the gap closes as the annulus narrows、from $\mathbf{1.194925}$ at an inner radius of $0.020$ m to $\mathbf{1.000396}$ at $0.140$ m (Section 2).

Fourth, both extremes were checked、the ratio returns to one as the inner radius approaches the outer, and to exactly $\mathbf{4/3}$ as it approaches zero (Section 2).

Fifth, that $\mathbf{4/3}$ is not the $4/3$ of Paper 527、under Paper 405, with no bijection, it is not evidence of a common root (Section 4).

Sixth, the separator is whether two descriptions claim the same instant、if they do, the conventions are in conflict; if not, they are a history (Section 4).
