要旨
乾燥は二つの期間に分かれ、後半が長いと言われる。本稿が示すのは、どちらが長いかは、どこまで乾かすかで入れ替わることである。入れ替わる点は含水率 $\mathbf{0.039506}$ にある。新しい定理も法則も主張しない。
第一に、定率期（$0.60$ から $0.20$）は $\mathbf{8.0000}$ 時間で、目標に依らず一定である（第2節）。
第二に、減率期は目標で $2.9193$ から $16.1993$ 時間へ動く（第2節）。
第三に、これが本稿の芯である。律速が入れ替わる含水率は $\mathbf{0.039506}$ で、その上下で長い期間が変わる（第3節）。
第四に、同じ $0.001$ を抜くのに、$0.023$ 付近では $\mathbf{1.4597}$ 時間、$0.030$ 付近では $\mathbf{0.3793}$ 時間である（第3節）。
第五に、平衡含水率そのものには、有限の時間では到達しない（第3節）。
第六に、分離子は「律速が固定か、要求で動くか」である（第4節）。

Abstract
Drying falls into two periods, and the second is said to be the long one.This paper shows that which is longer switches with how dry one wants it、and the switch lies at a moisture content of $\mathbf{0.039506}$.No new theorem or law is claimed.
First, the constant-rate period ($0.60$ to $0.20$) is $\mathbf{8.0000}$ hours regardless of the target (Section 2).
Second, the falling-rate period moves from $2.9193$ to $16.1993$ hours with the target (Section 2).
Third, this is the core of the paper.The crossing lies at $\mathbf{0.039506}$, and which period is longer flips across it (Section 3).
Fourth, removing the same $0.001$ costs $\mathbf{1.4597}$ hours near $0.023$ against $\mathbf{0.3793}$ near $0.030$ (Section 3).
Fifth, the equilibrium moisture content itself is never reached in finite time (Section 3).
Sixth, the separator is whether the rate-limiting step is fixed or moves with the demand (Section 4).
