要旨
抜取検査では「ロットの何割を見るか」がまず問われる。本稿が示すのは、守りの強さを決めているのが抜く個数であって割合ではないこと、そして割合で決めるとロットの大きさが守りの強さに化けることである。新しい定理も法則も主張しない。
第一に、これが本稿の芯である。ロットを $10$ 倍にしても合格率がほとんど動かない。四つの不良率で見て、差は最大 $\mathbf{0.006982}$ である（第2節）。
第二に、そのあいだ検査の割合はちょうど $10$ 倍違う。$5.0$ パーセント対 $0.5$ パーセントで、$12$ 桁で $10$ 倍である（第2節）。
第三に、大きいロットのほうが極限に近い。$N=10000$ の値はロットが無限大の極限と $0.002$ 以内で合う（第2節）。
第四に、「割合で抜く」と決めると別物になる。$5$ パーセント抜きは同じロットに対し $\mathbf{607.4509}$ 倍厳しい（第3節）。
第五に、論文383 と同じ形である。保険料の上乗せを決めるのが加入者の数であるのと同じで、守りを決めるのは母集団の大きさではなく標本の個数である（第4節）。
第六に、分離子は、標本がロットに対して小さいかどうかである。半分も抜けばロットの大きさが効きはじめる（第4節）。

Abstract
Acceptance sampling is usually framed as a question of what fraction of a lot to inspect.What this paper shows is that the protection is set by the number drawn rather than the fraction, and that deciding by fraction turns the size of the lot into a level of protection.No new theorem or law is claimed.
First, and this is the core.A tenfold lot barely moves the acceptance probability、across four defect rates the difference is at most $\mathbf{0.006982}$ (Section 2).
Second, the inspected fraction meanwhile differs exactly tenfold、$5.0$ per cent against $0.5$ per cent, to $12$ digits (Section 2).
Third, the larger lot sits closer to the limit、$N=10000$ agrees with the infinite-lot limit to within $0.002$ (Section 2).
Fourth, deciding by fraction makes it a different scheme、a five-per-cent draw is $\mathbf{607.4509}$ times stricter on the same lot (Section 3).
Fifth, it is the shape of Paper 383、as an insurance loading is set by the number of policies, protection is set by the size of the sample and not of the population (Section 4).
Sixth, the separator is whether the sample is small against the lot、draw half of it and the lot size begins to matter (Section 4).
