要旨
面積が広いほどよく擦れる、と思われている。本稿が示すのは、見かけの面積を $100$ 倍にしても摩擦力が動かないことである。本当に触れている面積が、見かけの面積に依らないからである。新しい定理も法則も主張しない。
第一に、これが本稿の芯である。見かけの面積を $100$ mm$^2$ から $10000$ mm$^2$ へ $100$ 倍にしても、摩擦力は $\mathbf{30.0000}$ N のまま動かない（第3節）。
第二に、本当に触れているのは $\mathbf{0.1000}$ mm$^2$ で、見かけの $0.1$ パーセント以下である（第2節）。
第三に、摩擦係数はせん断強さを硬さで割った値と一致し、$\mathbf{0.300000}$ である（第2節）。
第四に、見かけを $100$ 倍にすると、触れている割合はちょうど $1/100$ になる（第3節）。
第五に、荷重を倍にすると摩擦力はちょうど $\mathbf{2.000000}$ 倍になる。面積では動かず、荷重では動く（第3節）。
第六に、分離子は「見かけの面積か、荷重か」である（第4節）。
Abstract
A wider contact is expected to rub more.This paper shows that multiplying the apparent area by a hundred leaves the friction unchanged、because the area that actually touches does not depend on the apparent area.No new theorem or law is claimed.
First, this is the core of the paper.Taking the apparent area from $100$ mm$^2$ to $10000$ mm$^2$ leaves the friction at $\mathbf{30.0000}$ N (Section 3).
Second, what actually touches is $\mathbf{0.1000}$ mm$^2$, under $0.1$ per cent of the apparent area (Section 2).
Third, the friction coefficient equals the shear strength over the hardness, namely $\mathbf{0.300000}$ (Section 2).
Fourth, multiplying the apparent area by a hundred divides the touching fraction by exactly a hundred (Section 3).
Fifth, doubling the load doubles the friction exactly, by $\mathbf{2.000000}$. Area does not move it; load does (Section 3).
Sixth, the separator is apparent area against load (Section 4).
