要旨

本稿が問うのは、閾値を数値で書いたとき、その数値は何に属しているのか、である。答えは、数値は格子に属し、順序は属していない。新しい数学定理も新しい法則も主張しない。

第一に、同じ「二十 pips」が、格子によってまったく違う出来事になる。 USDJPY では、二十 pips を超える一本は五分足では上位 0.0048、四時間足では上位 0.2747 である。二百人に一人の出来事と、四人に一人の出来事が、同じ数値で書かれている（第3節）。

第二に、★ 同じ発火率を与える閾値は、格子を 48 倍にすると 7.0304 倍動く。 そしてその倍率は、拡散の予言 √48 = 6.9282 に +0.1022 で乗る（第3節）。

第三に、これが本稿の芯である。★ 発火率でそろえれば、形は格子で重なる。 発火した側の四時間先の値動きを全体で割った「層の比」は、四つの格子で最大 ÷ 最小が中央 1.0315 である。閾値は 7.0304 倍動くのに、層の比は 1.0315 倍しか動かない（第4節）。

第四に、順序も格子に属さない。 発火率を 0.30 から 0.01 へ下げると層の比は上がり、16 通りすべてで単調である（第4節）。

第五に、★ 予言④は外れた。方向は格子に属していた。 日次 t の絶対値が 2 以上になったのは 64 通りのうち 18 で、五分足では 16 通り中 13、四時間足では 0 である。しかも 18 通りすべてが負、つまり逆張り側である（第5節）。

第六に、ただしその方向は売買にならない。 D の中央は五分足で −0.3929 pips、実測スプレッドの中央は 0.7000 pips である（第5節）。合成乱数では閾値の比は 6.5909 倍で出るのに層の比は中央 0.9998、つまり 1 である（第6節）。

Abstract

What this paper asks is this: when a threshold is written as a number, what does that number belong to、and the answer is that the number belongs to the grid while the ordering does not. No new mathematical theorem and no new law is claimed.

First, the same “twenty pips” is a completely different event on a different grid. For USDJPY, a bar moving more than twenty pips is the top 0.0048 on five-minute bars and the top 0.2747 on four-hour bars. One event in two hundred and one event in four are written with the same number (Section 3).

Second, ★ the threshold giving the same firing rate moves 7.0304 times when the grid is made 48 times longer. And that factor sits on the diffusive prediction √48 = 6.9282 to within +0.1022 (Section 3).

Third, and this is the core of the paper: ★ line them up by firing rate and the shape overlaps across grids. The layer ratio（the four-hour forward move on the fired side divided by the same quantity over everything）has a maximum ÷ minimum across the four grids of 1.0315 at the median. The threshold moves 7.0304 times; the layer ratio moves 1.0315 times (Section 4).

Fourth, the ordering does not belong to the grid either. Lowering the firing rate from 0.30 to 0.01 raises the layer ratio, and it is monotone in all 16 combinations (Section 4).

Fifth, ★ prediction ④ failed. Direction did belong to the grid. The daily t exceeds 2 in absolute value in 18 of 64 combinations、13 of 16 on five-minute bars and 0 on four-hour bars. All 18 are negative, that is, on the mean-reverting side (Section 5).

Sixth, but that direction does not become a trade. The median D is −0.3929 pips on five-minute bars against a median measured spread of 0.7000 pips (Section 5). On the synthetic random walk the threshold ratio still appears at 6.5909 times while the layer ratio has a median of 0.9998, that is, 1 (Section 6).
