要旨
衛生行政報告例（令和6年度）の第7表から、興行場の数を施設の種類別に数え、許可・廃止・処分の件数と、経済センサス（令和3年）の映画館業・スポーツ施設提供業・興行場業と突き合わせた。
常設の興行場は4,826施設。 内訳は映画館1,468（30.4%）、その他2,971（61.6%）、スポーツ施設387（8.0%）。
経済センサスとのずれ方が、種類によって正反対である。
スポーツ施設提供業19,344のうち、興行場として許可を受けているのは387（2.0%）だけである。 興行場法の「興行場」は公衆に見せ、聞かせる施設で、運動する場所は含まない。
経済センサスの映画館業は、全国1,889市区町村のうち339にしかない。市区町村の82.1%には映画館が無い。
営業許可取消0件、営業停止0件。 常設4,826施設に対して、処分は0である。
仮設の興行場の許可は年202件で、常設の許可81件の2.49倍ある。
釧路総合振興局管内で映画館があるのは釧路郡釧路町だけで、釧路市には無い。
Abstract
From Table 7 of the Report on Public Health Administration (FY2024) I counted entertainment venues by type together with licences, closures and sanctions, and matched them against the cinema, entertainment-venue and sports-facility categories of the Economic Census (2021).
There are 4,826 permanent entertainment venues: 1,468 cinemas (30.4%), 2,971 “other” (61.6%) and 387 sports venues (8.0%).
The direction of the discrepancy against the Economic Census reverses within the same table.
Of 19,344 sports facility establishments, only 387 (2.0%) hold an entertainment-venue licence. The Entertainment Venues Act covers premises that show or play something to the public, not places where people exercise.
The Economic Census finds cinemas in only 339 of 1,889 municipalities. 82.1% of municipalities have none.
Licence revocations: zero. Suspensions: zero. Against 4,826 permanent venues, sanctions numbered nil.
Licences for temporary venues numbered 202 in the year, 2.49 times the 81 issued to permanent ones.
In the Kushiro Subprefecture the only cinema is in Kushiro Town; Kushiro City has none.
