要旨
「月は自転していないから、同じ面しか見えない」と言われることがある。本稿が示すのは向きが逆であることである。同じ面が見えることこそ、自転している証拠である。新しい定理も法則も主張しない。
第一に、自転を止めれば、一公転のあいだに月面の全周が地球を向く（第1節）。
第二に、同じ面が見えるのは、自転周期と公転周期がともに $\mathbf{27.321661}$ 日で一致しているからである（第2節）。
第三に、これが本稿の芯である。秤動があるので「同じ面」も厳密ではない。実際には $\mathbf{58.07}$ パーセントが見える（第3節）。
第四に、半分（$50$ パーセント）より $\mathbf{8.07}$ ポイント多い（第3節）。
第五に、恒星月と地球の公転から朔望月を逆算すると $29.530588$ 日で、既知の $29.530589$ 日と $\mathbf{0.000001}$ 日で一致する（第2節）。
第六に、分離子は「見えている面が変わらないこと」と「回っていないこと」である（第5節）。
Abstract
It is sometimes said that only one face of the Moon is seen because the Moon does not rotate.This paper shows that the implication runs the other way、seeing the same face is the evidence that it rotates.No new theorem or law is claimed.
First, stop the rotation and the whole circumference would face the Earth within one orbit (Section 1).
Second, the same face is seen because rotation and orbit share the period $\mathbf{27.321661}$ days (Section 2).
Third, and this is the core of the paper.With libration, “the same face” is not exact either: $\mathbf{58.07}$ per cent is visible (Section 3).
Fourth, that is $\mathbf{8.07}$ points more than half (Section 3).
Fifth, reconstructing the synodic month from the sidereal month and the Earth’s orbit gives $29.530588$ days against the known $29.530589$: agreement to $\mathbf{0.000001}$ days (Section 2).
Sixth, the separator is “the view does not change” against “it is not turning” (Section 5).
